OK when the air outside is too hot to roll down windows i have to go to the last resort...A/C. But when i am using it it makes this whine sound...like a roots style S/C inside my car...Hella annoying right, i cant even hear my own S/C...lol, I wanted to know how to fix it, BESIDES not using it, I can grin and bear it, I hate to complain, but Im tired of the G/F complaining to me, so i am going to complain to you guys, thanks if you can help.

sounds like there is not enough a/c oil in your air conditioner compressor, or the compressor is getting worn out. when my a/c kicks on all I notice is a 'click' and then engine rpm changes a bit

Turn the cra and AC and pop the hood , is this noise comming from under the hood or inside the dash? Is the compressor sqweeky?

Hood popped, checking...no nothing...it seems to be coming from the ducts, thats where i hear most of the noise...mostly the passenger side duct...
