Can you get the car up on a lift? Easiest thing to do is get some buddies to plug the exhaust tips for a couple seconds with there hands, run around to all the locations on your mid-pipe/catback where it could possibly leak, you'll feel the hot air pissing out of any spots that it's leaking at.

We can sit here and guess all day about what it is, you just have to go outside and find out.

sounds like a good idea. I can put the car on 2 jackstand but can I start the car while its on them?
