the biggest question i have for ricers, is why would you bolt a huge wing on the back of civic, when it is incapable of reacing speeds over 140 mph? so it is completly unnecessary to have a wing, it just adds weight.

I think the spoiler is part of the reason I got the deal on it I did.. Was at a Lincoln, Mercury, Volvo dealership.. the guy and his wife who traded it in bought a brand new linc. Anyways, they had thrown the cobra into auto trader.. it was sitting behind the building covered in sand/road grime from the snow we had just had, interior was a disaster zone from the couples kids, and it had the miles + that giant ugly wing. I poped the hood and started it up and it ran GREAT.. dealership came out and told me they wanted my truck and would make me a great deal if I wanted to do it today.. I traded a base model F-150 (only upgrade it had was the 4.6.. no carpet, no power, 5 speed) almost straight across for it. I wasnt gonna bitch [8D]
Dealership thought they could sell the truck for a better profit/easier.. and they flat told me the car was going ot auction the next weekend if I didnt buy it.


hehe, I think I got the better portion of that deal by the way it shines up [8D]

i went to high school with a guy who had a stock dodge or plymouth omni(!) with like a 5 inch cowl hood on it. Looked great with his jean jacket (even during summer) the classic chain drive wallet and red tinted pop bottle glasses. Pretty hip for the 80s [&:]

I was thinking that the Wright Brothers were at Kitty Hawk again. This time they were trying to make your car fly. LOL, I would have gotten that wing off before I hit my driveway.
