ummmm no because when I pull my headlight **** out partially, the running lights come on and no fog lights. my head lights need to be on to have my fog lights on. I guess that's the SN95s for ya

. but my night vision isn't that great, maybe I'm just used to ****ty headlamps or something. my mom's bmw 530 has very ****ty lamps as well, they are very bright but unless you have the foglights on, they don't go out very far either, distance wise.

Porting the factory plenum=free
gapping plugs and chamfering the fire leads with a file on the factory plugs so they look like this \_/ sparks the same as a split fire=free
cutting off exhaust and cats, makes power but is not legal and lound as hell but=free
removing passenger side head light for more air flow=free
removing rear seat, passenger seat, spare tire, jack, hood insulation, remove winsheild washer fluid and tank, glove box lid, ect=free
removing a/c=free
peeing before racing=free

actually what my doc told me....doo-moss....anyways......obviouslymy point was that just because some guys say their lights suck doesnt mean they cant see

yeah, but if a guy can't see, it doesn't mean his lights suck. 
You bought taiwan-made lights, I dunno what you expected, of course they suck. everything and anything you can buy from china or taiwan sucks. the company I work for buys stuff from china often, it's all crap, but it comes at swap meet prices, so it's ok if it's crap, cause you throw away 20 of them to find one good one and still come out ahead money wise.
