I agree. Research the subject a good bit first. Then you can make a decision. Don't just listen to what other people tell you to get.

I wonder how long it will be before the "general public opinion" on this website reverts back to 3.73's, or even 3.55's
if your stupid enough to go with 3.55s then just pay pal me the money and i will put it to better use, im not even joking, there is absoluely NO reason to have 3.55s AFTERMARKET in an SN-95
I never said I owned or wanted 3.55's, but...I would rather have a V8 with 3.55's than a V6.

I like the comment about if its a dd then go with 3:73s and weekend car 4:10s. but honestly i have been in mustangs with both and i would take a 3:73 any day. with a 4:10 in a 5 speed ull roast ur tires at every light and ull never get traction. but with an automatic id go with a 4:10. ive raced guyz who thought they were hot **** and had 4:10s and left their *** because i got traction and they didnt. but i guess its all in what u like.

4:10's for the win, I picked up my car today. I haven't ripped it up through the gears yet, but I can feel a difference in 3rd and 4th gear like woah.

+1

It hasn't been that long since everyone would come on and say "3.73s, end of discussion"

personally ive ran both 3.73s and 4.10s and i hav to go with 3.73s, YES the 4.10s were fun to play with but unless your going to stay under the 300hp range there usless becuz all u do is spin the tires off the line( thats with 315 drag radials!) so in short i guess if all your doing is bolt ons and never going for any "real power" then 4.10s will b ok just get sum good tires 4 traction, BUT if u hav any plans for making a "fast" car ( over 300rwhp) then 3.73s is MORE then enoguh to rip you off the line without losing all traction in 1st and 2nd gear

notice the guys voting for 4.10s, 13.67 in the 1/4 mile [:'(]

like i said, 4.10s are only good to play with on a relatively stock- full bolt on car (slow cars)

once you do head/internals/ FI then u will realize 4.10s are crap and all you do spin the hell out of your tires off the line.

Thank you [sm=closed.gif]
