Default Allignment and cast/camber kit

I bought my car lowered 1.5", then i put 18s on the car. My front right tire is wearing rapidly - the outside sidewall to be specific. I assume that my alignment is off and people tell me to get the caster camber plates. I'm also told it has to do with the tierods. I can't rotated my tires either becuz they are directional and fronts are 18x9 and rear is 18x10.5. if i just have my car realigned and by new tires will the problem be fixed? thanks.

I bought my car the exact same way, lowered suspension with new tires and i drove for 2 months and front tires wore completely out. So i bought new tires and got alignment fixed and havent had a problem since... so it will probably fix it with just alignment.
