Default Whistle sound, what causes it?

After installing the new 75mm t/b and porting my plenum, I also installed a set of intake spacers, one for the plenum, one for the t/b, I was just wondering what causes the whistleing sound that it makes now? I like it, but what is causing it? I know it is normal.

My t/b spacer whistled like crazy when I put on with my bbk CAI. Couldn`t hear it with the stock CAI. It has something to do the way the air spins into the plenum that makes the whistle.

I dont have the intake spacers, but i also get the whistle, which is coming from my K&N aircharger. Just an idea that it might be your filter.

the air is being spun and pulled in quicker and smoother, so it's gonna maek some noise. Stock components are designed for the best silent flow
