UPR clutch cable??!

UPR clutch cable??!
Okay well it is working pretty good now, but I have a strange phenomenon that happens. Like when it's cold, the pedal fills stiff and mooshy, but once the car is warmed up the pedal is smooth as silk and takes almost no effort to push down (and subsequently I can shift fast as heck)
any idea what would cause this?
