Out here in Reno, NV, I found a Rear End & Transmission shop who will do mine for 300. Just make sure you go to a good quality shop, preferably a rear end shop, that way you don't get some noob installing your gears.

MOST DEFINATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!! call and make sure they have installed gears before, if so, how recently etc (just phish out some info- you dont want your car to be the practice car)- what kind of guarantee they have if they howl (FRPP wont howl if done correctly).

$415 is what the shop quoted me for install price. Seems a bit high to me, but these guys have done it numerous times and really know what they're doing. Might still look around to see if anyone else has a decent rep with gear installs and might be a little cheaper.

i just found a place here in st.louis that is going to do the labor for $200 that means gears install kit lube and labor cost me right at $500....thats a lot less than I expected
