i wanna know whats the better gears for my stang?


373 or 327 or 355


i have auto 2001 mustang conv with :

- accufab 75 t\b & plenum
- X pipe & muffler
- March Ram air
- K&N filter

**** i add all this parts without tunning, i must make tunning to do better??

and what about SCT XLR2 is it the best??

Now that it's out the way....
3.27's come stock in your mustang, and get 4.10's or better.

i voted for 3.73's but i like 4.10 and it wasnt an option

It will be best to go with the 4.10s. The other one - 3.73 - is also fine as well for a auto, but less bang for your buck. In the end, its up to you.

I probably will go with 4.10s once I have more money :P

You can go with a tuner as well and change those auto shift points - plus get some gains :P

i have recently trans go shift kit and TCI cooler i will fit it next week


what do you think is the next step i better to do?? ( tires , tunning , or what u think) ??

for an auto definetly 4:10 gears. Manual probably 4:10, but 3:73 are good to. Just depends on what your looking for. More highway driving the lower the gear ratio. The more city and track driving the higher the gear ratio.

You already have 3.27's.... 3.55's are not nearly enough of a step up to make the cost worth it... Go ATLEAST 3.73's.. 4.10's would be better.. and infact if your an 01, if you can find out if you have the 3650 or the t-45.. if you have the 3650, you could resonably go with 4.30's.
