Slp X pipes on A MagnaFlow Catback

Slp X pipes on A MagnaFlow Catback
My current set up is the Magnaflow catback, and the hooker headers, would an slp x pipe system fit and comply with these two different brands. Also i live in bahamas, we dont have smog or emissions tests, i was curious if the offraod pipes would be better? BUt theres one thing i think my O2 sensors are in my cats right now, soo if i get the offroad pipes, what happens to my o2 sensors?
