New Parts on the way!!

RE: New Parts on the way!!
Getting a chip or a programmer will help, but you will really see some gains from a shop giving you a custom dyno tune. Look at my mods. All I have is a CAI and a custom tune, no other motor mods and I made 262 at the wheels!! That means close to 300 at the crank. Get a diablo sport programmer and then go to a diablo tuner shop so they can set you up.

I went with the Accufab 75mm and 2.5" catback at almost the same time.
Anyway, on a great running 10 year old NPI stang with faded paint it .. hehe
It was noticeable. Nothing too dramatic, but I know how my car drives and some gains were there.
I really don't think CAI helps, the stock stuff is really nice (with K&N), but that’s just my opinion.
I’d think with a PI car it would be even more noticeable.
Make sure you reset the car’s computer after you install this stuff. . Don’t be discouraged if it runs funky right afterwards (high idle, smelling like gas, sluggish). The computer will fix itself in 100 or so miles and then you’ll see gains.
