The guys at the install shop are saying that I may need roller rockers cuz the lifters or something seem to be locking up....what is this all about? I've never heard of needing this for a PI swap. Please be prompt. Do you think its the valve cover things. I don't know much about this. They are saying the lobe is not having clearance....Any ideas on this? The cams I got were said to be just PI cams. *Update* They just called and they said the lobe thing, he said the rockers and the lifters don't have clearance or something so they are calling ford to get the specs on the cam most likely. I have no Idea whats going on GRRRRRRRR!

They just called back and said that they called Ford and the valves are different and are trying to find out if its a valve length problem or or a width problem. Do you guys have any info on this.

I need to know the difference in the lengths of the 96 head valves from the newer PI valves. This seems to be what the problem is, but I can't contact anyone who knows the difference of the lengths.
