well I did it myself with help from a guy who did the engine in my old car.It was easy easy easy you dont even know how EASY if you do not have presed on cam gears but if you do it will be a bitch.You can get the cams on ebay for around 500 give or take.When I called around to see what a shop whould charge it was like 1000 so I did them with help hope this helps you guys

Sweet, I might have to get some. I just wish it was more lopey. That's why I would like to see more vids, cuz I want to see if you here it from farther distances. Some people have said that mild cams dont give you good lope at all.
