Default Long tube headers ...possible?

Hey, im new here i have a 01 Torch Red GT w/ mods but im looking for headers and a midpipe for my new borla side exhaust ...may be a stupid question but is there any long tube headers that will fit on an [b]automatic [/b] 4.6?...i know bbk LT's specifically says no but i've seen a few sites that say that Mac LT's will .... ? true, false, suggestions, and are Mac's any good ... heard mixed things ..any help will be greatly appreciated Thanks, Tom

How do they fit? I've heard that BBKs were for manuals. They said that you could not drop the tranny without taking the BBKs off.

thats for pretty much all lt headers. if you have the money i know slp fits autos.... and i think bbk also

Thanks man! I've had my bid in on BBK LTs twice now but backed out thinking that they would not fit.

My mechanic just had to modify the tranny box a little due to the size. BBK will fit an auto if thats done. however, BBK does not support putting them on autos and if something goes wrong with them your F***ed.

i have also heard that BBKs due not fit autos. might want to triple check this... i think it says so on LMPerformance
