Steed u/d Pulleys & Timing Adjuster?

I'm taking Every ones Advise and getting them put on this weekend!
But I don't know how they work, or what they will do for me besides adding HP
2000 GT
Automatic
please help!

the underdrive pulleys will slow down you accessorie belts and give you hp and tq back. as for the timing adjuster, no clue
