Default feeling a miss at low rpms

Ok I had a n2o backfire on the dyno. I have changed all the plugs one was bad like not even there!! but I still feel a lil miss or somthing when I am in low rpms like 1500-2000. I checked the intake no leak no check motor light?I am at a loss I dont know what to check if I take it to ford and have them scan it will it give me more info?
