Default Reichard racing manifold

The Reichard racing manifold claims to gain up to 55 HP (I know that on a more modified mustang) but is like $1,300.00. Which changes you to the twin throttle body. Anyone have one or what are some throughts about it?

There was a pretty good discussion over at the corral about this intake. Looks cool.

look at the torque dropping off! Like a rock dropped down a mineshaft.

The simple harsh truth is that unless they come out with a nice set of true aftermarket aluminum heads, intake manifolds on the 2vs are going to cost you TQ, and usually not make power until you pass the safe RPM limit on the stock bottom end.

Sucks, but there you have it ...
