Default Short Throws?

When installing a short throw shifter does that make the shifts in the car jerky? Does the car jerk back and forth with every shift due to the short throw?

Nope, Short throw shifters effectively reduce the throw by reducing mechanical advantage of the lever, they do nothing more. This just makes the distance between each gear selection shorter.

All the short shifter does is shorten the length of movement from gear to gear. Also, some kits are spring loaded so its even easier to shift from gear to gear and harder to ever miss a gear. (ie. blu thunder trick stick.)

Get MGW...

But to me it sounds like that you are letting out the clutch too fast..

Oh yea, all the extras they got for the interior of the mustang..... I got em to! MWHAHAHAHAH!!!!! Although it looks cool, it would be sooooo much better if my interior was black. I think I'm the only GT thats got the tan leather interior, it blows!
