Default Xenon Front Air Dam for 99-04 - What's the part actually look like?

I am impressed with the looks of the Xenon Front Air Dam for the 99-04 body. However every website that I have seen it on uses the same picture. It's a yellow Stang with the full Xenon body kit.

I am just after the front Air Dam available from LM Performance, Haney Motorsports, etc. but want to know what the actual piece looks like. I keep hearing it called a front lip. Does that mean it attaches to the original bumper cover. Looking at the classic "pretty picture" you can't tell where it is seamed together. Has the yellow Stang had anything else done to the front bumper cover? I haven't had much luck getting a good answer from LM Performance.

Have any of you put this on or know someone who has?
Thanks.
