Stock I ran a 14.3 as my best at near sea level. That seems to be near the average.

It seems to me that for the most part auto's and 5-speeds run almost identical times stock and for any given set of mods.

agreed. I t seems that many people on here rag on the auto, saying it doesnt have nearly the power of a manual and that stovk for stock, a manual would r4pe an auto. I really dont think its that much of a difference. Especially if you are racing some dude on the street who prolly isnt that great of a driver (if he's stick). If you get an upgraded tc, shift kit, and predator tune, then in many cases an auto will actually be faster than a manual. You get much more consistent times.

14.2-14.5 is usually the norm for a 99-04 GT with an auto. Seeing alot of autos posted in this thread, I'll have to say there is some hope for my auto, especially seeing some of you guys with basic bolt ons and tunes running high 13's. Not to shabby.

14.1 @ 98mph

I have since installed 4:10 gears and will run this Sunday.
