Replaced IAC Valve and car is still having problems.
For a couple months my car has been acting as if the IAC valve is worn out ( diving idle in nuetral, idle hang at 1100rpm, dying in nuetral etc..) so i replaced it yesterday now the idle hangs at 1400rpm and is still diving when i slow down in nuetral. I dont guess the IAC valve is the problem any ideas?

okay there should be three wires coming off of your TPS. I'm not sure which is which, the colors change all the time. One will be ground, one will be a 5V (or close to it) reference, and the other will be the signal. Turn key on, engine off. Find the one that is the reference, it will be drastically less than 5V. Loosen the two screws on your TPS and turn it until that reference gets close to 1 volt. Right now it could be a bit high, telling the computer you are on the gas when you aren't.

no problem. Some engines don't like the TPS voltage being off, others dont' care. If you don't have an adjustable TPS, it may need to be replaced.
Feel free to drop me a line any time too

Are you using MIL Eliminators?
My idle would surge and hang like crazy. Eventually my MIL's failed and the car went back to normal, minus the CEL for them failing. Pieces of crap.
