Default misfire

my 99gt with 108,000 miles on it had a misfire, so i took it to autozone for a diagnostics, turns out it was the #6 cylinder, so i got a new spark plug, hoping that would be the little problem (i just replaced all 8 2 weeks ago), so i put in the new one and it ran fine, but the check engine light was still on. so today in auto shop i turned off the light thinking it just had to be reset, because after i changed the plug it ran like a champ. well about half way home from school ( i live 6 miles away) the stang ran like crap and the light came on. i have a feeling i have a bad coil, what do you guys think??

Yes, bad coil. You can change it with another one then run the diagnostics again when the light comes on. See if its that cylinder that you changed the coil to just to be sure. Or just get a new coil.
