I put in whatever the specification was, SP432 I believe. It was a double platinum motorcraft plug. I figure if it's not modded to mildly modded, go OEM. It runs great with those plugs and hasn't given me any trouble.

Good luck on that swap. I have my heart set on doing an 03/04 cobra motor swap when my engine dies, but we'll cross that bridge when I get there. My logic is if I'm gonna bust my a$$ swapping engines, it's getting something absolutely insane.

The 4.6 SOHC engines will last a long long time if you take care of them, too, good to see urs is still chuggin at 140k.

I too have the same EBAY intake, except I had mine powder coated Ford Racing blue. Anyways, on my 03 GT the flange that mates with the MAF was rubbing on an AC line. I cut a small piece of rubber hosing and stuck it over the hard AC line. I can post a pic if wanted.

Yeah, a 03 cobra swap would be really nice. I want to blow my motor thats why I wanted to go with the
complete swap as opposed to the PI swap, especially with as many miles as i have.

Good luck on gettin there!!

i'm starting to hear good things about ebay intakes. I just may have to get one. By the pictures they look like any other CAI just w/o the name on them.

the intake is actually very good quality. I used to have one, but i gave it away after getting my FIPK. the intake worked great, but the filter was terrible. throw a different filter on there, and its jsut as good as any other.

Mine is pretty nice, however I did recieve the intake with a fairly large dent in the back of the elbow. The powder coating filled it in a little and it is up against the fenderwell so its no bigdeal. For $50, it was definetly worth it.

Dirty engine bay, dirty interior, and exterior...all problems with a gravel road. [>:]

My oil cap is on my drivers side, but thanks for the heads up!

nanaki, were you talking about the model of the CAI? THIS is what it is.
