Default belt tensioner

anyone know how to loosen the belt tensioner? do i just unbolt the 10 mm bolt?thanks

There is a square hole in the center that you put a 3/8 ratchet into and just turn it. The whole unit just pivots when you turn the ratchet.

Put the 3/8 ratchet in the tensioner and turn it to the right. Heres a pic.

don't worry about, sometimes I even got pissed at tensioners on some large vans where they are way out of place and it ended up being really simple
