I did a search and found other threads about gas nozzles shutting off but not with a 97 GT. When I pump gas I constantly have to pull the trigger over and over because it will not stay on. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

I had a '97 Ford Ranger (work truck) that did the same thing....it seemed
to only happen with the nozzles with that spring loaded thingy...Turning the
nozzle upside down usually helped....
