I would assume you would have to use the the crossmember from a cobra. But not sure but give the guys a call at D&D Performance (248)735-6220
They sell a kit to put in the t56 in the gt. So they should be able to hook you up with a crossmember
Also you will need a shorter driveshaft that you used with the t45
