gears are THE best mod you can do for your stang in my humble opinion. they really wake the car up. quicker et's. worse gas mileage cause your turning more rpm's..
i agree, best performance cheap mod, cheap being relative. "worse gas mileage" makes it sound like you are going to get 10 mpg. many people say just flip the highway and in town mpg numbers.
