supposadly you can get it with a c clamp and needlenose pliers.. but you need 4 arms to do it :-/

You only really need Needle Nose pliers.. Some heavy duty ones..

Just spread them apart enough that the tips fit into the grooves on the piston face, and rotate clockwise until the piston rotates all the way into the bore..

this might sound stupid but unless im turning the wrong thing, no matter which way i turn it, it keeps going inward. as opposed to out.

i just clamped a vise grip on mine and turned it clockwise, if it doesn't go in, try to force it inwards while you turn because that's what i had to do. eventually it turns with ease.

Unless the threads are messed up, or the piston is ****-eyed in the bore, then the piston should move, even just a little bit...


Are there any signs that the rubber boot has cracks?? Have you ever had any diminished braking capability lately, like a spongy pedal??
