thats stupid. so whats he going to sell it and buy him a Camry that can go 120 and he can kill himself in that? im not too sure how much slower a Camry is than a 99-04 V6 Stang but any car can go fast especially if they are on the highway. but yeah i wouldn't be too worried with a 6'er.
