Default supercharger boost after rebuild

i have a 97 gt and am currently rebuilding the motor im running stock rods and crank with forged aluminum pistons and 9.48-1 compression anybody have any idea the max boost i can run with a s/c??

i would think since it's still not completely forged no more than 10 psi with a good tune

If you are swinging for a supercharger I would just go ahead and get the other forged parts so you can run more boost. Sell the other stuff on eBay or whatever to help cover the cost.

Just personal preference

on the prochager website they have a sick graph illustrating compression ratios to the amount of boot with root s/c's non intercooled centrifugals and intercooled centrifugals, i think ur compression ratio rated like 8-10 non intercooled... 15 intercooled. Should check it out to be safe though
