Just installed my MGW shifter today
one word.. amazing... i love the thing!! its so awesome.. thats all i have to say about it.. awesome..

yep loooove mine. the best part is you can just flick it into the gears because its sooo much shorter and nicer than the stocker

Yea, all short throws tend to be stiff for no more then a week tops. Congrats on the shifter, they make driving so much more pleasurable now

Mine was stiff for a few hundred miles. Reverse is still a pain to get into but I don't drive it everyday and especially not in reverse.
