Default intake law suit

does anyone know anything on the law suit on the intakes from the mod mustangs. i know this is a subject from a while ago but i have not heard anything about it in a while all input welcome thanks

Just had mine done. Ford will only replace the unit from up to 7 years from date of manufacture of the engine. If you're past the 7 years, you're screwed. AND...if your year does qualify...thay'll only replace it if it is leaking...and your dealer technician has to diagnose that first. Good luck man!!!
