Draining Transmission and Differential

Draining Transmission and Differential
I've never done this before, On an '03 Automatic GT. Is there just a drain plug on the tranny pan to drain all the fluid? What the procedure for changing the rear end oil? I'd like to fill both with synthetic. I figured I'll just buy some Mobil 1 ATF, How many quarts? And how many quarts and what weight for the rear end?
Thanks..
Thanks..

RE: Draining Transmission and Differential
You also need to drain the Torque Converter... Most of the time you will never get all of the fluid out, so use caution when doing so..
Also, there is no drain plug on either the Auto Tranny, or the 8.8" Rear diff... Both of them require you to take off either a cover, or a pan...
