This may sound like a stupid question, but how do you power brake in a automatic ?

Hold the foot brake down with all it takes to hold the car stationary while applying as much gas as you can without the car moving.Then mash the gas to the floor while releasing all pressure on the foot brake.Some of the other members can give more exact numbers as far as stall speeds of the stock torque converter.HAVE FUN
