Interior replacement parts

Soon I am going to be redoing the interior of the mustang. Right now a lot of the inside is painted, which I really like, but I want to get rid of some parts I don't like and paint 1-2 more parts that I do like when I redo it. I just want to have a little white on the inside and call it a day.

However, a lot of the paint is chipping, some of my interior has scratches and stuff, so I want to find a replacement set of interior paneling.
Im not sure what its called, but I want a replacement set of the vent covers, center piece, door inserts, guage cover, all that stuff.

I know you can buy carbon fiber insert for that interior, but I do NOT want that. I just want a replacement kit, just so I can take my stuff out and paint it and have the interior look brand new again.

Any ideas of where I can get a kit like this? (Pic below: things circled is what I mean)

Ok Thanks.

And I always hear people say junk yard, whats the deal with that. I would go to one and give them some money for the parts I want?

People that have been, whats the deal? Go, tell someone what you want and pay for it? I don't understand how you would go about that...

by my old house we had a junk yard called 'U wrench it", basically you go in with a toolbox of w/e you need, and pay $5, if you can take it off, you can keep it

Call around and ask them what their salvage rules etc are

this doesnt have vents or anything but it looks really good if you have darker interior. what color is your interior?

I think a stock interior looks the best.
