just curious what kind of MPG gains you guys saw after switching to a tuner...

although im sure any gains were negated by many more WOT runs

from a stock tune to a 93 octane tune from a local dealer I got about 15 rwhp. It was enough to feel it in the seat of the pants dyno and I got better gas mileage as well.

That goes well over the increased cost of gas...for us GT owners, although I don't know if the same results would show up on our cars.

Are you sure you saw gains like this from just a tuner?? I have never heard anyone claim anything over a MPG or so.

Why would you even gain MPG on a tuner anyway? The horsepower increase is marginal at best, and most of them richen up the tune anyway.
