Get some sort of built trans, tremec tko 500 or such, or at the least a beefed and rebuilt 3650. though if you can swing it, get a t56.

You're gonna need (prob not a complete list)
transmission
bellhousing
driveshaft
speedowires(might work from the AODE)
shifter
shift ****
shift boot
clutch pedal
flywheel
clutch
quadrant
clutch cable
trans fluid :P
I dont know if the aode uses the same trans mount, so you might need one of those

so yea
I dont know the website, but
D&D Performance has entire manual trans kits, so look them up :P

The wiring harness is a little different and you will also need a 5-speed PCM. Give the guys at MPS a call at 800-236-1156, they sell complete conversion kits from Auto to Stick, good luck.

LOL man that is toooo darn funny you hate that trans. I just saw your reply to the burn out? and almost fell out of my chair. Change it and be a peace man.

Thanks for the smile.

I wouldnt swap a manual into it, I would just get a stall converter and a shift kit. The car will feel like a whole new car and will also be quicker than a stick.

If you really have your heart set on a tranny swap I would look into a built automatic.

There are several places where you can buy an entire swap kit, but its lots of cash you could be spending elsewhere.

The T-45 and 3650 both suck anyways, so you will need to go to an aftermarket trans. New this will cost you (just for the tranny) 1700~ bucks. I had over 2500 bucks in shipping and parts for my TKO swap, and I had a stick to start with.
