Default interior gaps

I have noticed recently that my interior has decently large sized gaps in certain places where trim pieces meet...such as between the passenger A pillar and the dash pad (driver side does not have a gap)...the stereo trim and the trim around the shifter...I'm just wondering...wtf? I was worried that the car had been in involved in an accident causing the body to flex, but then why do all the exterior panels line up alright...unless the damage is hidden very well....[&:]

Default RE: interior gaps

it is.....normal.....sucks huh?.....the 05s fit is a lot better but the plastics are just as cheap.....oh well......did you expect lexus perfection? i doubt it was in an accident.....it just a design that dates to 1994 that's all....actually the car was probably designed a few years before that so even longer.....
