Hi I am new to the forum need to ask the experts on fitment of 17x10.5 2003 cobra rims with 315/35 tires rub on the independent rear supension.

no you will be fine from rubbing the irs bolt...go with 18x10.5, it will look totally sick

can 10.5s with 315/35s go on an 01 GT as well? thanx

shouldn't have a problem on the 01 as long as the offset is correct

i wasnt specific in my wording of my question.. not 10.5s, they are 10's i guess cuz its 18s not 17s. so im looking for a 315/35-18.. wondering if anyone has done that on a new style stang (2001) without any previous lowering mods.. thanx guy.

I run 315/35ZR17 on the rear , But they Hit on outside Fender. because i use 2 inch lowering springs. I'm changing the springs back. The tires Look Huge Under the back of the car. I have a 94 GT. the rims are 10.5 X17
