i spliced mine into my drivers side o2 thats before the cats. i needed like 6 feet of extra wire for it but im not sure if autometer supplies you with that. install is pretty easy, i need to go back and make a switch for mine cause right now its wired into the headlight switch for power.

if autometer is not wideband send it back. non wideband a/f gauges = light show. widebang a/f gauges = somewhat useful.

easy to install

this is all depending on years mines an 01 so this is what i did

remove passenger side kick panel.....there u will see the PCM all the wires connect to it and u have to remove wire loom from the pcm to get in there...

u can connect to any of the front 02 sensor wires coming form the PCM

connect signal wire(usually yellow) to the gry/lt blue wire(#60) on wireloom thats for the right front O2
or
connect signal wire to red/blk(#87) on wireloom and thats for the left front O2
or
run wires all the way out to your O2's in the engine bay(way to much work)

then just find power when key is on and a ground and your set

by the way both wires are next to each other on the connector to the PCM

also i ran power from the traction control wires.....i tried using the defrost button and would get power until the key was all the way forward or something like dat...i forgot

Ive heard these arguements before.... if ya wanna tune your engine with this gauge then youre making a mistake.... however, if you wanna know generally if your engine goes lean as it has in my vehicle (stuck float once and improperly adjusted floats in another case) this gauge just might save your engine... i dont know it this applys to fuel injection or not, but running your engine lean will destroy it really fast...
