i was travling on a road and i saw a lil ricer so i just wanted to toy with it and i didn't relize what i did till it was to late.. i was doing about 40 and droped it in 2nd and it was to low i kno, so now the battery light came on and have no idea what to do?

What's wrong w/ your car besides a CEL?? Have you checked voltage of the battery?? Have you even popped the hood??

if the battery light comes on it means the battery is not being charged. If your alternator is good and your battery is ****, when the car is on that light won't be on because the alternator is doing it's job.

Get out a volt meter and test your battery with engine off and engine on to start. Alternator may be taking a poo


funny thing is... my mom had a 94 F 150 5.0L automatic... and I did the exact same thing one time and the battery light would come and go... lmao
