I'm used to the 5.0 so this 4.6 is a whole new thing to me. On the front of the motor where the harmonic balancer is on the 5.0 is what looks to be an aftermarket job. Has a sprocket looking thing on it with a little sensor mounted on the side. Is this the balancer on the 4.6's? There's no name of brand on it and am curious what it is.

Ok found it. It's a Steeda Timing Adjuster.
