Ain't gonna happen. Unless you find a wrecked 96-01, you still don't see them going for anything cheap ever since the 03/04 came out.

I bet the price will drop a little. At this point people don't have a choice, its 03 cobra or buy a GT. With the new shelby out...

Besides all that, the black/gold versions of the GT500 are Hertz versions. They'll be available for rent at Hertz Car Rental places....

they arent going to have GT500's at Hertz are they? That seems like a waste of such a nice car. That would be fun to rent, especially with the insurance.

That's what they look like to me. All the Hertz cars are black with gold stripes. They are very slightly modified GT's though with the GT500 body kit, not GT500's. Although, they do call them GT350's for what it's worth.
