Just finished my first mod to my 99GT.Slp o/r x pipe and loudmouth cat back.When I first started it I got wood!!!A great tone and American bad *** loud!!!!!!Next week 4.30 gears and mgw shifter...........

That's cool man, 430's wow, that thing is going to move once you hit 3rd or 4th unless you do some work to plant the rear end.

430 is crazy, just hope one day you dont decide to get a twin screw blower. I think u might actually be able to liquify street tires with that kinda bight

are they the LMI's or LMII's you got put on

If your staying na 4:30's will be perfect I think. i want just a little than the 4:10's I have now

If my stang was a weekend car and not a daily driver, I would have gotten 4:30's hands down. Congrats on the exhaust man.

They were the LM1.I dont drive it alot.I have a beater escourt for the 60 mile haul to work.I drive it on my days off or to cruise around town.I seen all the debate about 4.10 vs 4.30.I have talked to others 4.30 with 5th gear should be allright.They say 1 to 2 is quick.Just took it to town with the new pipes sounds great!!!!!

i just ordered an o/r h-pipe and i have lm1's. so it sounds amazing?? im a little nervous on this set-up everyone says its loud as hell. i just want it to sound good and loud.. i dont want it loud and sound like crap. cant wait until next saturday. next month im getting 4.10's, the 4.30's seem a little to steep for me

At cruising speed not that loud.Smash the gas it's LOUD!!!!!Inside the car was better that I thought it would be too.

I went from 3:27s to 3:73s a few weeks ago and there awsome but 4:30 might be a little much...Mines is a weekend cruiser as well but you will be reeeeving around 25-2600 at the 65mph speed limit i'm guessing. I went from 1700 to 2200rpms...my 1st gear is short and if i jump on it in fist after the clutch is out it bounces off 6000rpm reeeal quick! you will be starting out in second. 4:30s are generaly for Cobras due to the 6500 shift points. Also the freeway mileage will be ****...Not telling you what to do, I just hope you are aware of this before you do it...Good luck.
