ummm where to start?
GT- 4.6L (281ci) SOHC, 9.85(?):1 compression. 260bhp
Mach 1 - 4.6L (218ci) DOHC, 10.1:1 Compression (stock), 305(03) or 310(04) bhp
also the Intake/Plenum/TB/Mass Air/Injectors are different as well.... so much is different. The belt alignment, alternator pulley, waterpump is different too...
