Keep in mind loosenut that the guys driving the mustangs for magizines and programs such as MotorWeek are all professionals and get paid big bucks to get the most out of what ever they drive. Dont get me wrong now, I believe that you should know your car inside and out but the most simple mistake will charge you time on your time ticket. Pay good attention to what you are doing while you are on the strip. Dont take your car all the way to the red line, try to limit wheel slipage on take off and so on. Dont get caught up in the moment so much that you dont realize your mistakes.

I ran a 14.08 @ 99MPH yesterday, on stock rims and tires. If the humidity is high that will affect your time. That was only my 3rd visit to the strip.

14.08 is pretty good for her car because its almost stock. Underdrive pullies are her only real advantage. Someone do me a favor and tell me what FIPK stands for. I have heard a lot of people talking about it at the strip but cant figure it out. I know it has something to do with the air induction. Im runnind C.A.I. myself.
