Well hopefully after this deployment I can finally take advantage of government money and go to college. So far the only one univeristy that has showed hope is U of Southern Miss in Hatiesburg. I've visted there while on mid tour leave and been to Jackson, Gulfport, Bioloxi, and Hattiesburg. During my time I had only seen 8 Mustangs, 6 of them V6s. A major difference from Texas where you can find whole mustang groups in every city. I know my name goal is to study there but heck, if I'm going to be the only GT out there, its gonna be lonely! [:@] There are plenty of Cameros, Trans Ams, and the new GTOs. Not to many ricers suprisingly that I have seen.

I know there is a few race tracks here and JDM performance is in the state to. So any mustang groups out there give me a shout out! Thanks!

usm is a good school, its where i went! boring as hell on weekends though but lots of hotties. good news is your only 70 miles out of slidell and 92 from new orleans

yes it is...... but....... no stangs.......

Oh well, they have this "DUB" drag strip. I never been but its right there in the town of Hattie. Its gonna be a loney 2 yrs at school.

Thats what I was told...... They do bracket and 1/4 miles.... But I kinda laugh at my imagination though... While I was in Hattie all I saw was old cars sitting on 22s with straight pipes.... I can't imagine an entire track with them.... I think I would commit suicide at the sight of it.

hub city dragway is the name of it. if u go there u WONT see cars with 22's. its the best track in the state. u are lucky to live right by it. i have to drive more than an hour to get there. just go there one sunday and u will see lots of big time cars. we have a local mississippi web site if u want to meet some people from here. http://www.torqueaddicts.net/
