wouldnt the drop be more accurate to 1.5" or so, when using the proper shocks and struts? And is that a good deal on suspension kit?

What are some good CC plates for cheap because I think I may want to go with the sportlines...BUT will there be any problem while running a 17x9 up front and 17x10.5 in the rear?
