Default RE: x-pipe vs h-pipe

what do you mean by louder?

the x-pipe will be a lil more raspy, the h a lil deeper

as for hp, the x will give you maybe 2-3 more hp.....expesially(sp) in the higher areas of the powerband

its mostly preference, listen to several sound clips and make a decision, its one of those things that no matter what
you do, you wont be upset

x-pipe will be louder. A lot of people think they sound like a nascar, but they don't all that much. I have heard quite a few from outside, and it isn't as raspy as people make it out to be. On the other hand though, the H-pipes are really deep and a lot of the 5.0 guys around my area have them and sound really good though.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAA!!!! Too much grey goose!!??

I like SLPs Catted X.

My reason being is because.... It sounds almost as loud as a non catted X when you want it to be. But when you just crusin, its not that bad. Plus it makes it easier on certain states who are **** about emissions. Right now I have a o/r H-pipe, I love the sound, but..... the x-pipe sounds a bit more aggressive.
